Users must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending promotional or transactional messages. Onevoice shall not be held responsible for number bans or account restrictions caused by user violations.

6. Subscription & Payment Terms

Certain Onevoice services may require paid subscriptions. By purchasing any plan, users agree that:

  • All payments must be made on time
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Pricing may change with prior notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service interruption

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Onevoice is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded customer data and contact lists are collected legally.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

While we strive for 24/7 availability, Onevoice does not guarantee continuous platform operation or instant message delivery due to maintenance or third-party service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Onevoice and One Voice Transmedia shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, data loss, or WhatsApp account restrictions resulting from platform use.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without notice if these Terms are violated or illegal activities are detected.

12. Third-Party Services

Onevoice may integrate with third-party services like WhatsApp API and payment gateways. We are not responsible for the policies of these third-party services.

13. Modifications to Terms

Onevoice reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, India.
